How do I begin working with Still Haus?
The first step is submitting a consultation form. From there, your inquiry is reviewed with care and you’ll receive next steps based on your space, goals, and the level of service that best fits your needs.
What happens after I submit a consultation form?
Once your inquiry is received, it is thoughtfully reviewed. You can expect a response within 24-48 hours outlining next steps, availability, and the recommended approach for your project.
I’m not sure which service I need—what should I do?
That’s completely fine. Many clients begin this way. The consultation process is designed to provide clarity and direction, ensuring you’re guided toward the service that best supports your space.
What is E-Design?
E-Design is a virtual service that provides you with a complete, curated plan for your space. You’ll receive layout guidance, sourcing, and styling direction—allowing you to implement the design at your own pace.
What’s the difference between Mini, Full, and Signature E-Design?
Mini E-Design is best for smaller areas or finishing touches. Full E-Design provides a complete, cohesive plan for one room. Signature E-Design offers a more detailed and elevated experience with expanded concepts, additional support, and deeper refinement.
Do you purchase items or install the design for me?
E-Design is a guided service. You’ll receive a fully curated 2D concept board and product links, but purchasing and implementation are completed at your discretion and pace.
How long does E-Design take?
Most projects are completed within 1-4 weeks depending on the scope of the space, selected package, and responsiveness during the process.
Will my design feel personalized or templated?
Each design is developed specifically for your space, needs, and vision. Nothing is pre-designed or reused—every detail is considered to ensure the final result feels cohesive and intentional.
What areas do you service for in-person work?
In-person services are offered within the San Antonio and surrounding areas. For clients outside of this region, E-Design is available.
What is the difference between styling, organization, and a home reset?
Each service has a distinct purpose:
Interior Styling & Room Refresh focuses on visual cohesion, layout refinement, and elevated finishing details
Home Organization focuses on structure, systems, and functionality within the home
Home Reset Services restore overall order, clarity, and balance through a combination of editing, organization, and light styling
Do I need to purchase new items?
Not necessarily. Many projects begin by refining what you already own. When needed, select additions are recommended to complete the space with intention.
Do you offer full staging with furniture rental?
Still Haus specializes in occupied staging and refinement using existing furnishings with thoughtful additions where needed. Full vacant staging is not offered at this time.
What does listing preparation include?
Listing preparation focuses on editing, layout refinement, and styling your existing space to ensure it presents clean, cohesive, and market-ready—both in person and in photos.
What makes short-term rental setup different?
Short-term rental setup is designed with both presentation and guest experience in mind—ensuring the space is functional, intuitive, and visually compelling for bookings and reviews.
What is your design approach?
Still Haus is rooted in creating calm, cohesive, and intentional spaces. Each design balances function, refinement, and thoughtful detail to create environments that feel aligned and supportive of everyday living.
Will you work with my existing furniture and decor?
Yes. Whenever possible, existing pieces are incorporated and refined to create a cohesive and elevated result.
How involved will I be in the process?
You’ll be guided throughout the process while still having the flexibility to provide input and feedback. The experience is collaborative, yet structured to keep things clear and efficient.
Are your prices on the website?
Starting prices for select services are provided. Final investment is based on scope, size, and needs of your space.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
Is there a consultation fee?
Consultations may be required prior to booking depending on the service. This ensures clarity, alignment, and a thoughtful approach before moving forward. There is a no fee for this service.
